McBride Airport - Clearing and Grubbing

Invitation to Quote

The Corporation of the Village of McBride requests Quotes for the clearing and grubbing of additional areas on the north and south sides of the airstrip. All work must be completed to the Village of McBride Subdivision, Servicing, & Development Bylaw No. 704. The detailed scope of this project is contained in the attached drawing, but overall includes:

• Clearing existing trees and decking them in an area adjacent to the work sites.
• Clearing and grubbing existing vegetation in the prescribed work areas to remove organics and stockpiling in designated areas.
• Quotes must:
  − be submitted electronically to cao@mcbride.ca and copied to dfranzmann@radloffeng.com 
  − indicate the Project No. and Title as: “Project # 403-GEN: McBride Airport – Clearing and Roadworks” in the subject line.
  − be addressed to Attn: Jeanette McDougall
  − be received at the above email by no later than 3:00 p.m. local time, June 17, 2026.

Upon review of submitted Quotes, the Village of McBride will provide a Notice of Acceptance to the successful supplier within one week of receipt.
